What are theme clubs and are they safe investments?

Have you seen the Drupal® purchased theme providers (aka clubs) that are starting to emerge on the horizon? I am delighted to see growth in this under-developed segment of the Drupal® landscape. As we all know, Drupal® is known for it's brains and brawn and not for it's good looks. Great! Looks are much less important to the core of the program than aesthetics.

Are you still developing your website online?

Develop your Website on your desktop with a local version of Drupal using a WAMP. WAMP is an acronym for the web server package of the operating system (Windows), Apache, MySQL and PHP (or Perl or Python). A local version of WAMP will allow you to develop your website, themes, and modules while working offline.

Creating Dynamic Websites in Redondo Beach

Just finished teaching a class on creating dynamic websites to about 40 students at the Redondo Church of Religious Science. The participants were welcoming, friendly, and very enthusiastic.

The Redondo CRS produces sermons that are broadcast on various cable channels in about 40 markets and can be downloaded as podcasts from iTunes.
