Theme Forest
In a word ... wow! The theme was effortless to purchase and a snap to install. Plus, since I used the City Magazine installation profile it literally took minutes to have a fully-functioning attractive Website. There are so many positive things to say about this theme it is hard to know where to begin. The theme is built on the base theme Fusion, which means you can control some important design and layout elements from the back-end.
The installation profile was loaded and configured with every module that I needed including path auto, cck, views, image cache, quicktabs, skinr, nice menus, and more. The theme creator goes by the user name "themesmania". The theme creater included cool typography, slick "eye-candy", tricked-out blocks, and more. Take a look at the preview site at Theme Forest.
Keep in mind that not all themes at Theme Forest will be this well engineered and easy to use. This was one of the most expensive themes and was still only $40 USD. The most expensive theme for Drupal® at Theme Forest is currently $45 and the least expensive is $15 USD.
I encourage you to use the installation profile and have some simple instructions below.
| 1) Unzip the City Magazine file and upload the files in the city_magazine_install_profile folder to the server as you would with Drupal®. Go to your site and start the installation script by selecting "City Magazine". |  |
| 2) Add the database information as you would with a typical installation. |  |
| 3) To install the site exactly as you see it at Theme Forest, select RESTORE. |  |
| 4) Finish running the installation script and when you are done this is what you see! |  |

I too have bought from theme
I too have bought from theme forest a drupal theme. When I was beginning using Drupal it was nice to have this theme to see what was going on "under the hood" so to speak.
I like the way the theme looks, and I think it is a great way for themers to monetize their work and contribute to the drupal community. However I would also add that these themes can be bloated with too many modules out of the box -- especially D6 themes. This can slow them down a great bit on shared hosting.
If you get a theme make sure you save a backup, and I would suggest figuring out which modules you will need to use, and their dependencies, then remove, or at least disable, the unnessecary ones.
Also make sure if you are on shared hosting to use the boost module.
